INDIANAPOLIS -- A missing 27-year-old man was found safe Monday morning, after a search on Indianapolis' east side.
Kevin Philpot was last seen at 8:06 a.m. in the area of 11th and Rural streets, heading southeast. He was found at about 10:30 a.m., near the intersection of 16th Street and Lafayette Road.
