INDIANAPOLIS -- Former Indiana University basketball star, Eric Anderson, has died.
Anderson, 48, was one of the stars of the Hoosiers’ 1992 Final Four team.
He was named Mr. Basketball at his Illinois high school before becoming a star at IU where he was named “All-Big Ten” in 1992 and then the MVP of the West Regional at the 1992 NCAA Tournament.
Anderson also played two seasons with the New York Knicks.
His cause of death has not been released.
