INDIANAPOLIS — A local branding and marketing agency, Miles Herndon, is expanding. But not the way you may be thinking.
The company is opening a newly curated cafe concept, in the lobby of their Fountain Square location at 902 Virginia Avenue.
Their calling it "Gavel" and it's modern feel comes with a modernized bar.
Gavel will be providing curated coffee, a select list of beer, wine, low-octane cocktails, as well as snack and small-shareable plates.
“We love to sip coffee and savor cocktails, so the prospect of opening our lobby to the neighborhood seemed like a good opportunity,” Daniel Herndon, CEO of MilesHerndon and Gavel, said.
Somewhere between a coffee shop and a cocktail bar, Gavel can be described as somewhere you can grab a drink of any taste.
They aim to brew and mix drink to exacting standards, while serving in a relaxed atmosphere. Although, their menu will be a premium coffee-centric menu.
MilesHerndon started in 2002, and just recently relocated to Fountain Square.
“We look forward to sharing our space, and some pretty decent drinks, with our neighbors," Herndon said.
Gavel is open to the public on Monday, March 4.
