INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis man discussed the economy and the tax changes with President Donald Trump this week.

Aaron Williams, a director of field marketing and analyst relations at Indianapolis company Topcoder, was one of four people welcomed by the White House Tuesday to discuss changes to the tax code, and how it would help them. Williams said the current tax code has put a burden on him.

Williams thanked Trump for welcoming him, then said he "took one of our finest," referring to former Indiana Governor and current Vice President Mike Pence.

"We've seen so many jobs that have left or went overseas," he said. "Some of the best talent in the world has left. This tax reform is a huge win for our company."

Williams said an improved tax code will allow Topcoder to attract and retain talented people in the industry.

Williams also brought his young son, also named Aaron Williams. Trump motioned to the younger Williams and said "Someday you might be president. You never know."

The conversation ended by Trump saying that Indiana is a "great, great state."
