INDIANAPOLIS -- More and more out-of-towners are starting to see just how great Indianapolis is.
According to Airbnb, Indianapolis is the No. 1 trending American city right now.
Indy has seen a 256 percent increase in bookings from 2017 to 2018. This puts the Circle City No. 4 on the worldwide list, behind Gangneung, Korea, Bournemouth, UK, and Edmonton, Canada.
Columbus, Ohio is also on the trending list.
According to Airbnb, the growth is driven by "booming downtown districts humming with new restaurants, nightlife and local arts."
Don't worry about Indianapolis getting too big just yet. The city isn't on the overall list of most popular cities, like Tokyo, Paris, London and New York City.
