INDIANAPOLIS -- As many as eight vehicles hit a ladder that was in the middle of I-465 on Indy's north side Tuesday morning.
The ladder was in the eastbound lanes of I-465, near the Keystone Avenue exit around 6:45 a.m.
Eight cars were off the road after they hit the ladder. By 7:15, INDOT officials had moved the ladder, and propped it against the border wall.
