INDIANAPOLIS -- Two children and one adult were hit by a car while waiting at a bus stop on Indianapolis' northeast side. 

The three people were struck at around 8:30 a.m., near the intersection of E. 38th Street and Parliament Lane. 

A police officer on the scene said a car hit some black ice, lost control and hit the two children and the adult. All three victims were taken to the hospital in an unknown condition. 

The driver of the car was also hospitalized in an unknown condition.

No further information is available, but all four are expected to be OK.
