2 in critical condition after northeast side shooting

INDIANAPOLIS -- Two people are in critical condition after being shot early Sunday morning on the northeast side of Indianapolis. 

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers and emergency responders were called around 4:30 a.m. to the 3000 block of Acoma Drive on the report of two people shot.

When they arrived, they found two people who were shot. Police say they were taken to the hospital and are in critical condition. 

At this time, police have not released any information on the identity of the victims or any possible suspects.
