INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis woman involved in a viral video where threatened her neighbors and pulled their yard signs out says the videos are "doctored."
Vicki New said she's never seen the video of her pulling out the "No Trespassing" signs and throwing them at her neighbors.
"My neighbor was never struck," New said. "And if it's showing that in that manner it's been doctored."
The video was shot from Luvia Roman's phone and a security camera, all over a property line dispute on Twin Creeks Drive, just north of Northwestway Park. It has been viewed thousands of times since it was posted over the weekend.

Despite multiple neighbors reporting harassment and racist tirades, New said she's the real victim.
"He lunged at me," she said.
New agreed to speak with RTV6 via a phone interview. She declined to go on-camera.
Greg Chandler, the attorney for the Twin Creeks Homeowner's Association, said he's looking into whether there is any legal recourse for the group.
"While I won't say anybody's names, there have been allegations of an individual who has been confronting people on their property, yelling at them -- in some cases there than allegations of harassment," he said. "It's frustrating because the homeowners association is limited in its powers. They have a limited scope of authority."
New said she is not a racist, and said she's currently in the process of selling her house and moving. She said she doesn't owe anybody an apology.
