INDIANAPOLIS — Police have located a 77-year-old Indianapolis man who was reported missing on Saturday.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were looking for Richard Layton, 77, last seen around 2:30 p.m. Saturday near the 2900 block of English Avenue wearing a black Dale Earnhardt #3 jacket, blue jeans, and blue shoes, IMPD said in a tweet.
Layton was safely located on Sunday morning, IMPD said in a tweet.

Layton was described as being 5 foot 4 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with gray hair, a long beard and blue eyes, IMPD said in a press release. He also possibly has dementia and or Alzheimer's.
