INDIANAPOLIS -- It's a ranking no city wants to be at the top of - Indianapolis has been named one of the top 10 bug-infested cities in the country.
Terminix released its 2017 list of the top 20 bug infested cities in the country on Thursday. Indianapolis came in at No. 8.
Residents of Cleveland, Ohio, reported the most cases of bed bug problems during the first half of 2017, followed by Cincinnati, Ohio, Detroit, Mich., Las Vegas, Nev. and Denver, Colo.

Key tips include: Be aware of the potential risk of bed bugs on bedroom furniture and fixtures, know potential bed bug hiding places in public spaces (like movie theaters and taxis) and check for hitchhiking bed bugs on your suitcase.
