INDIANAPOLIS -- A family on Indianapolis' southeast side said they aren't sure where to turn after somebody stole and totaled their car.
Two days after Michael and Leah Kelley bought a car with their tax return, it was stolen and trashed.
It's been especially tough for the couple because their daughter has cerebral palsy and Leah has epilepsy.
"And if there's anybody on this earth that is an angel, that's her," Michael said. "Because she can't do, hear, or see any evil. That's my little angel in that bed."
Without a car, the family can't get to important doctor's appointments.
"These kinds of things have consequences," Leah said. "They hurt people they have hurt our lives for what?"
