INDIANAPOLIS -- Three people were taken into custody after SWAT officers entered a home Indianapolis' southeast side overnight.

The call for SWAT came after a woman was shot and wounded, police say.

Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department found the woman with a gunshot wound near Troy Avenue and I-65. She led officers to a home on Draper Street where she says the shooting happened.

Police called in a SWAT unit after surrounding the home. Two men surrendered before officers went inside. Then, a woman was taken into custody after the officers set off stun grenades inside the house.

The shooting victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
