INDIANAPOLIS — A Wednesday shooting on the west side of the city has left one person dead and another injured.
According to police, officers were called to the 700 block of Somerset Avenue for a person shot and found two men who had been shot
The two people were initially listed in stable condition, but just before 5 p.m. IMPD said one of the men died at the hospital.
He has been identified as Taylor Miller, 21.
The other victim is still stable, police said Wednesday night.
Detectives are currently trying to figure out what happened before the shots were fired.
The shooting occurred near IPS School 67, leading the school to shelter in place.
