INDIANAPOLIS — One person was killed in a crash Saturday evening on the west side of Indianapolis, according to police.
The crash was reported around 6:15 p.m. near South Lynhurst Drive and West Southern Avenue.
The identity of the person killed has not been released. It's not clear if anyone else was injured or involved in the incident.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department certified accident investigators are responding to the scene, IMPD Officer William Young said in an email.
