JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. -- The Johnson County 911 service has been restored after it went down Tuesday morning.
According to Johnson County Sheriff Doug Cox, the 911 calls were being transferred into Bartholomew County.
It is unknown exactly what caused the outage, but it's possible the tower or equipment was hit by lightning.
