JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. -- One man was killed in a head-on crash involving a semi Tuesday morning.
The crash happened at about 7 a.m., near the intersection of State Road 37 and Olive Branch Road.
A witness told police they saw a car traveling northbound on SR 37 cross the median and crash head-on into a semi.
The crash killed the driver of the car, according to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office. Authorities identified him as 41-year-old Chad Stivers of Bedford.
The semi driver is cooperating with police. He was given a portable breath test, showing .00% percent.
It is unknown what caused the driver of the passenger car to cross into oncoming traffic.
