BURLINGTON, Vt. -- Josh Speidel took a big step forward Saturday.
Almost one year since the crash that put his plan to attend and play at the University of Vermont on hold, Speidel made his debut at the University of Vermont for his first basketball game.
Josh greeted the players during introductions and sat on the bench during the game, right next to the head coach.
Josh is still recovering from the car crash last February that left him with a brain injury.
He is attending classes at Ivy Tech and also working part-time as a teacher's assistant.
