INDIANAPOLIS — It was March of last year when eight-month-old Amiah Robertson was reported missing from a home on South Holmes Avenue on the Indianapolis west side.
There is still no sign of the infant and police believe Amiah is dead. Her mother, Amber Robertson, reported her daughter missing on March 16, but it was later learned the baby had been missing for one week.
Monday, a group rallied in front of the City-County Building seeking justice for Amiah. Organizers say they want answers and they questioned why Amber Robertson hasn't faced charges for not reporting her daughter's disappearance earlier.
