NOBLESVILLE — The lineup for the summer concert series on Thursdays in Noblesville has been released.
The concerts, starting at 7 p.m. every Thursday at Dillon Park, will start in July this year instead of June due to the restrictions in place on gathering sizes, according to a press release from Noblesville Parks and Recreation.
Below is the lineup for the series:
- July 9: Corey Cox
- July 16: The Cosmic Situation
- July 23: The Nauti Yachtys
- July 30: Dave & Rae
- Aug. 6: The Doo Band
- Aug. 13: Lemon Wheel
- Aug. 20: Groove Smash
The park has a capacity of about 4,000 people, which will allow space for attendees to enjoy the concert while still following social distancing guidelines and stay six feet away from others, according to the release.
“We always look forward to the summer concerts, but this year we needed to delay the start of the season and we’re thankful the bands were able to reschedule some dates," Noblesville Parks Director Brandon Bennett said in the release. "We are excited to welcome STAR Bank back again this year and appreciate their generosity and commitment to offering free concerts to the Noblesville community. The Noblesville Summer Concert Series is the longest-running series of its kind in Hamilton County and one of our most popular parks events. This free series allows friends and families alike to enjoy live music accompanied by fun, food and festivities right in their own backyard.”
Donations help fund 100 percent of the series, according to the release. Those interested in becoming a sponsor can reach Kristi Spehler at 317-776-6350 or kspehler@noblesville.in.us
