INDIANAPOLIS — MAC Cosmetics celebrated its grand opening at the Indianapolis International Airport on Wednesday by giving local women makeovers and professional headshots.

MAC is one of 15 new store concepts that have opened at the Indy Airport as part of its Concessions Refresh program. The program includes a Trip Advisor store, Trumi store, and a Vineyard Vines.

"MAC Cosmetics is a welcome addition to the mix of national and local brands that reflect the diverse range of retail and food-and-beverage concepts at IND," Mario Rodriguez, executive director of the Indianapolis Airport Authority, said. "MAC's business model is based on celebrating diversity and individuality, and that philosophy aligns exactly with IND's business practices."

The Indy Airport and MAC partnered with Dress for Success Indianapolis to celebrate the cosmetic store's opening.

"Dress for Success Indianapolis is grateful for the partnership with the Indianapolis Airport Authority engaging staff in volunteerism, presenting job opportunities to women seeking employment, and by conducting clothing drives," Julie Petr, executive director, Dress for Success of Indianapolis, said. "Giving DFS clients the chance to put their best face forward by receiving MAC Cosmetics and makeovers is a continuation of this generous support!"

The new MAC store can be found in Concourse B of the Indy Airport.
