ANDERSON, Ind. -- A woman was killed after she was struck by a semi while riding her bike on a busy Madison County road.
Anderson police say the 23-year-old woman was riding her bike in the 200 block of E. 38th Street around 8 p.m. when she was struck by a semi.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she later died. Her identity has not been released.
Police have not made any arrests at this time.
The accident remains under investigation by the Anderson Police Department.
