INDIANAPOLIS -- Mark Ray Leonard filed an appeal with the Indiana State Supreme Court with a new lawyer on Friday.

Leonard is challenging his conviction of two life sentences, plus 75 years in state prison.

In August, St. Joseph Superior Court Judge John Marnocha sentenced Leonard to spend the rest of his life in prison for his role in the Richmond Hill explosion.
