BLOOMINGTON — A Silver Alert was issued early Monday for a missing Monroe County man, police said.
The 38-year-old man was last seen at 5:30 p.m. Sunday in Bloomington wearing a black jacket, gray pants and flip flops. He is believed to be driving a light blue Honda Fit.
Indiana State Police described Horn as a 6-foot-3-inch white male who weighs 175 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
