INDIANAPOLIS — A police officer made a tribute video for the police officer shot and killed in the line of duty Thursday afternoon.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Ron Shelnutt made the tribute to Officer Breann Leath.
Leath was shot and killed during a domestic disturbance on the city's east side.

Monument Circle will continue to be lit blue, thanks to Indianapolis Power & Light Company and Downtown Indy, Inc., until Leath is laid to rest, IMPD Chief Communications Officer Aliya Wishner said.
A fund was created to help the Leath's family and create a trust for her son.
