As a strong winter storm moved through central Indiana throughout the day on Monday was to stay off the roads.
But, officials said if you must travel it is important to make sure you are prepared in case you get stranded. That means packing a blanket, snacks, extra clothes, a shovel, and some type of emergency light in your vehicle.
