FRANKLIN — Many festivals have fallen off the calendar over concerns with COVID-19. But on Friday in Johnson County, organizers found a way to hold one annual summer tradition.
On Friday, the weather cooperated with the Strawberries on the Square in Franklin. It's a festival that almost fell victim to the pandemic until it was turned into a drive-thru. Discover Franklin decided to hold the event under the new health restrictions.
