FISHERS, Ind. -- A woman was hit by a vehicle on Hague Road in Fishers Thursday morning.
Marilyn Crisci, 85, was hit around 9 a.m., near the intersection of Hague Road and Hickory Woods Drive.
Crisci was at the crosswalk when she was hit. The driver, Burton Smith,90, told police he didn't see her. Witness say he wasn't speeding and wasn't driving erratically.
Police found the woman lying in the roadway and she was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in unknown condition.
Hague Road was closed at the time of the crash, but has since reopened.

Fishers police said it does not appear that drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash. The case is still under investigation.
