INDIANAPOLIS — A woman died after they rolled a vehicle in a crash Sunday evening on the west side of Indianapolis.
Wayne Township Fire Department crews and emergency personnel were called to the crash around 7:30 p.m. in the 2900 block of West Minnesota Street, near South Tibbs Avenue.
The driver, was trapped in the vehicle when crews arrived, according to a tweet from the fire department.
Marion County Chief Deputy Coroner Alfie McGinty identified the driver as 48-year-old Cindi Cannon.
Crews were able to get her out in less than 10 minutes, according to the tweet. She were taken to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition, according to the tweet.
No one else was in the vehicle when it crashed, according to the fire department.
