INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is responding to a shooting that left a person in critical condition at a near east side intersection Monday night.
Police responded to reports of a person shot at E 19th Street and N Rural Street just before Midnight.
When they arrived, they found a victim located inside the drivers seat of a vehicle at the intersection who was shot.
Police reported the victim to be in critical condition.
