INDIANAPOLIS -- A woman was killed Monday morning in a crash on Indianapolis' southwest side.
The crash happened near the intersection of Kentucky Avenue and Raymond Street.
Police say she was driving a Chevy vehicle north on Kentucky Avenue when she lost control and crashed into a wooded area.
Police say the women wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. They aren't sure exactly when the crash happened. Somebody happened to spot the wreckage around 7 a.m. in the woods and called for help.
The woman has not been identified.
