VIRAL: Employee helps visually impaired shopper

INDIANAPOLIS -- So often bad customer service incidents and the backlash that comes from them make the news. Well, not today.

A photo posted to Keep Indianapolis Beautiful's Facebook page reminds us of those who go above and beyond the "expected" level of customer support.

The photo depicts a Kroger employee named Colin, who is helping a man with a visual impairment shop on a busy Sunday, something he does routinely, according to the writer of the post who admittedly eavesdropped on the exchange.
