INDIANAPOLIS — Police believe alcohol may have been a factor in a crash that left one person dead and another critically injured early Friday morning.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the scene at East 30th and Enterprise streets around 1 a.m. for a report of a two-vehicle crash.
Arriving officers found one driver deceased at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
A second driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Very few details about the crash have been released, but police say they believe alcohol may have played a factor in the collision.
It remains under investigation at this time.
