CARMEL — The Carmel Police Department has safely located a man who was reported missing on Saturday.
Eugene R. Arrington was reported missing around 11 a.m. Saturday. He is a black male, 55 years old, weighs 180 lbs., and is 5’10” tall, bald with brown eyes.
Carmel police thanked those who submitted tips.
