GREENWOOD — A statewide Silver Alert was canceled Saturday night after authorities safely located a missing 79-year-old from Greenwood.
Police were looking for David Sutton, described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 238 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes, according to the Silver Alert. Sutton was last seen driving a 1941 maroon Plymouth Sedan with Indiana license plate 115ATX.
Sutton was last seen around 4 p.m. Saturday, according to the alert.
He was believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
