ST. PAUL — A Silver Alert was declared Sunday afternoon for a 16-year-old girl missing from Decatur County.
Decatur County Sheriff's Office deputies are looking for Olivia Sherfield, described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to the alert.
She was last seen around 1:40 p.m. Sunday getting into a small black single-cab truck with "SPORT" written on the back window in St. Paul, according to the alert. She was last seen wearing white washed blue jeans and a long sleeve white shirt.
She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, according to the alert.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call deputies at 911 or 812-222-4911.
