WEST LAFAYETTE — For the eighth straight straight year Purdue university is freezing tuition, the university announced Monday.

The tuition costs will be the same for the 2020-2021 academic year as it was in 2012.

Indiana residents will continue to pay less than $10,000 a year in tuition.

Also announced today, West Lafayette campus staff making less than $75,000 a year will get a one-time $500 appreciation payment spring 2019. That is 83% of non-faculty employees.

The university will also offer a 2.5% merit raise pool for West Lafayette faculty and staff for the fiscal year beginning July 1.
