INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana Department of Homeland Security has issued travel advisories and watches across Indiana.
The difference between a travel advisory and a travel watch is the degree of danger to drivers. An advisory means that anybody driving should use caution, while a watch means the conditions are "threatening top the safety of the public," according to the IDHS.
