COLUMBUS — A city well-known for its architecture is getting some help with upkeep.
The Getty Foundation of Los Angeles has awarded large grants for the conservation of two buildings in Columbus.
One of them is the North Christian Church.
Built in 1964, it is known for its giant metal spire that ascends from its roof.
The foundation awarded the church $150,000.
A second grant of $170,000 is going to the famous Miller House and Garden.
