KOKOMO, Ind. -- Late in the planning phase of Carl Koontz's funeral, Kassandra Koontz, Carl's wife, decided to speak during the service.
Kassandra read the eulogy she had written about Carl. She also discussed the love Carl had for their son.
"The birth of Noah was one of the happiest times for Carl," she said.
She urged anybody who sees Noah later in life to tell him they were at his father's funeral.
"I just want Noah to realize who his dad was," she said.
