WESTFIELD, Ind. -- A $200 million development project was approved by the Westfield City Council Monday evening.
The Grand Millennium Center will be built on 64-acres of land near U.S. 31 and State Road 32.
The development will include a convention center, hotel, office space, a YMCA and high-end housing.
The Grand Millennium Center will be home to a convention center, hotel, a YMCA and high-end housing. It’s also expected to bring over 1,000 new jobs to downtown Westfield.
The city council unanimously approved Westfield-based Edge Rock Development as the developer of the project.
The project is expected to begin sometime this summer and should be completed in about four years.
