Luise Rainer, who won two Oscars in the early days of the film industry, has died at 104.
She is one of only two actresses to win back-to-back Oscars, CNN reports. She won in 1936 for “The Great Ziegfeld” and in 1937 for “The Good Earth.”
Rainer’s daughter, Francesca Bowyer, reported the news on Twitter.
