INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett beat Sen. Jim Merritt, 72-27, in the 2019 Indianapolis mayoral election.
While Hogsett enjoyed support from all over Marion County, most of it came from downtown Indianapolis, and the city's north side.
