SHELBY COUNTY — The Shelby County Sheriffs Office is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on I-74 Tuesday morning.
According to the office, the crash occurred just after 6:30 a.m. near the 121 mile marker on westbound I-74.
Preliminary investigation found just one vehicle involved under unknown circumstances.
The passenger of the vehicle died at the scene. The drive was transported to an Indianapolis hospital.
