INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is seeking the public's assistance in finding a missing Indianapolis man.
Police say 60-year old Paul Harlan was last seen on Wednesday, May 5, 2023 in the 4500 block of E. Washington St. Harlan is described as 5’7", 150 pounds, with red hair, and blue eyes. He has been diagnosed with several medical conditions and may be in need of medical attention.
