DANVILLE — One person inside a Danville house was injured Wednesday evening when a pickup truck crashed into the side of the house.
According to a report from the Danville Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to a house on North Tennessee Street around 5 p.m. Wednesday on report of vehicle that crashed into a house.
Police said the driver of the pickup truck was not injured. The person inside the house is in stable condition, officers said.

According to police, the driver of the pickup said that ice was a factor in the vehicle leaving the roadway.
The crash remains under investigation.
