INDIANAPOLIS — A person is in critical condition after being struck by the driver of a passenger car on the city's southeast side Friday morning.
According to IMPD, and adult man was crossing the street in the 2900 block of English Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle.
The driver of the car stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. IMPS says drugs and alcohol are not suspected to play a role in the incident.
