The Silver Alert for Madisyn Merrill was canceled Thursday afternoon after she was safely located, according to the sheriff's office.

LOGANSPORT — A Silver Alert has been declared for a 12-year-old girl last seen early Thursday morning in Logansport.
Madisyn Merrill is described as being 5 feet tall, weighing about 120 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes, according to the alert. She was last seen around 3:32 a.m. wearing a black sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and light-colored tennis shoes.
She is believed to be in extreme danger, according to the alert.
