ELKHART — Indiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 61-year-old man.
Patrick Arthur Dowllar, 61, is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Dowllar is missing from Elkhart, Indiana. He was last seen on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 5:30 PM.
Dowllar is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
