FORT WAYNE — This week, 30 students from across the country and around the globe are busy studying definitions and words for the semifinals round of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. The competition resumes this Sunday.
It started with 209 spellers, seven from Indiana, but now just one Hoosier remains.
